At Richie Perfumes Store, we allow you to exchange or return products within a period not exceeding 3 days from the date of receiving the product, and this is only within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Return and exchange conditions:
The products must be in their original condition, unused, with the product information card and attached labels maintained.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories preserved.
Shipping costs in cases of return and exchange:
The customer bears no shipping costs in the following cases:
Receiving a different product from the one ordered.
A break or malfunction in the product caused by a shipping error.
The product is defective for any other reason outside the customer's responsibility.
The customer bears shipping costs of 24 Saudi riyals in the following cases:
The customer chose a product different from what they wanted.
The product does not meet the customer's needs.
The customer wishes not to keep the product.

Please attach the following information with your request:
Customer name.
Customer mobile number.
Name of the product to be exchanged or returned.
Reason for the return or exchange request.
You will be contacted immediately upon receiving your request to verify the product status and guide you through the steps to re-order and serve you as quickly as possible.
Refund policy:
Funds are refunded within a period of up to 10 working days from the date of receiving the product and completing the return or exchange process.
The amount is refunded using the same original payment method used during purchase.
In case of cash on delivery payment, coordination will be made with the customer to complete the refund in cash or as per mutual agreement.
